Vision and mission

The vision of Global Education Career Centre (GECC) is to be the unique education centre, talent and advancing knowledge in a multinational and multicultural learning environment.

The mission is to provide our students with the knowledge, skills, attributes and networks – the global business capabilities – required for leadership and success in demanding careers in the global economy and to foster rigorous, relevant and innovative research on the dynamics of global business for students, business leaders and policy makers throughout the world.

Welcome Message from Dean

“Welcome to GECC and to your programme of study. I sincerely hope you will enjoy your time with us and will find it beneficial to you. I am sure you will. At times it will not be easy but always remember that “education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today” (Malcolm X). I wish you every success and look forward to you graduating and, in the words of  Nelson Mandela, changing the world”.

Professor David A Kirby

Holder of The Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion.

Best wishes
